Information according to D. Decree no. 196/2003 (Code for the protection of personal data)
1. Data protection
The proposed activities on the network from AT IMPORT Srl are made in full compliance with national and EU regulations on privacy and data protection. In addition to the information published in this information may be requested clarification from AT IMPORT Srl, by sending an e-mail to info@etnicart.it, or at the headquarters of the company in Rome, Via Giuseppe Galliano n. 18/26 to 00,159.
2. Collection and use of personal data
In full compliance with the provisions of art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003, it is stated that AT IMPORT S.r.l. collects personal information only after express consent from its customers. The treatment done on personal data provided may include the following activities: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, communication, cancellation and destruction. The goal of treatment is only to be able to perform the proposed offering and to ensure the necessary avoidance and management. The information will be collected through the order form, which must be signed by the customer and sent online to AT IMPORT Srl which will store the data as indicated by the applicable laws.
Pursuant to art. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the personal data being processed is:
a) processed lawfully and fairly; b) collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in other processing operations in terms compatible with such purposes, c) accurate and, where necessary, updated; d) pertinent , complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; e) kept in a form which permits identification of data for a period of time no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collectedand subsequently processed.
AT IMPORT S.r.l. requires consent by the use of data for purposes other than those indicated above, such as sending advertising material, the sending of commercial information, inclusion in newsletter services, carrying out research market, the production of statistics.
3. Security in data transmission
AT IMPORT Srl to take the required physical and electronic measures to protect the confidentiality and ensure the security of the information provided by customers and users. These measures, adopted in accordance with articles. 33 et seq. D. Decree no. 196/2003, are designed to protect paper records and electronic supplied by anybody associated with AT IMPORT Ltd. The physical and electronic measures will be constantly updated, in compliance with the provisions of the Code for the protection of personal data.
4. Rights of data subjects and data access
The art. 7 D. Decree no. 196/2003 establishes the rights and powers that can be exercised with regard to the processing of the data. In particular, the art. 7 provides that 'the person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. " In addition, the individual has the right to be informed: a) origin of personal data b) the purposes and methods of treatment c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic instruments d ) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. The party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law , including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed c) certification that the operations as per letters. a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to theprotected right. AT IMPORT S.r.l. undertakes to maintain the files of the customer complete and current. Moreover, pursuant to art. 7 D. Decree no. 196/2003, the person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection b) the processing of personal data concerning himthe purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
5. Exercise and procedures for the exercise of rights
Rights indicated by art. 7 D. Decree no. 196/2003 shall be exercised by making a request to the owner or manager. AT IMPORT S.r.l. undertakes to provide adequate response without delay to any request that may be made. Pursuant to art. 9 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the request to the owner or manager may also be sent by letter, fax or email. AT IMPORT S.r.l. undertakes to reply promptly to every message that should be sent to info@etnicart.it.
6. Owner and manager of treatment
According to the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, it is stated that the proprietor and the person in charge of the processing of personal data is the legal representative pt AT IMPORT Srl, with registered office in Rome, Via del Crocifisso n. 51-00165.
